Steel Plate and Sheet

Plain steel sheet and plate are commonly used products in all types of fabrication. Sheet refers to thin steel which has been hot rolled to achieve thicknesses less than 4mm making it light and easy to weld and fold. Steel plate is thicker and generally used for heavier fabrication.

Steel sheet and plate comes in many different thickness with a common sheet size of 1200mm x 2400mm. Larger sheets are available on request, and off cut sheets are often available if you don't need a full sheet. We have a guillotine on site to cut your sheet to the sizes you require, ensuring perfectly straight cuts. Along with mild steel, sheets are also stocked in galvanised steel and zinc. A full range of aluminum and stainless steel sheet can also be ordered in.
